2. Server log files
Our hosting provider automatically stores technical data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system) required for the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is deleted after a short time and is not combined with other data.
3. Request form and e-mail
If you write to us via the request form or by e-mail, we use your details (name, e-mail, phone number, travel dates, number of guests, message) solely to answer your request and to prepare a booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To prevent misuse, your IP address is stored in hashed form for no longer than one hour. Your data is not passed on to third parties.
4. Fonts
All fonts are loaded from our own server. No data is transferred to third parties for this purpose.
5. Video (YouTube) and map (Google Maps)
The video and the map are only loaded if you choose “Accept all” in the cookie notice or activate them with a click. Only then is data (including your IP address) transmitted to Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; a transfer to the USA is possible. The video is embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
6. Cookies and cookie notice
This website does not set its own cookies and does not use any analytics or advertising services. Your choice in the cookie notice (“Accept all” or “Necessary only”) is stored solely in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) so that the notice does not appear on every visit; this information is not transmitted to us. If you choose “Accept all”, the YouTube video and the Google map are loaded directly; Google may then use its own cookies or similar technologies (see section 5). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page or by deleting the site data in your browser.
7. External links
The website contains links to other websites (e.g. Val Gardena, Dolomiti Superski, Dolomiti UNESCO, Google Maps). Data is only transmitted when you click a link, in which case the provider’s own privacy policy applies.
